Unveiling Microsoft's October Event: Latest Developments in OneDrive
Microsoft will hold a OneDrive digital event on October 8th, focusing on the latest AI innovations in "Microsoft 365 and OneDrive". This is the second annual event of its kind, following last year's major design updates and integration of AI Copilot in Microsoft's cloud storage service.
This year, Microsoft plans to unveil the future development of "Copilot in OneDrive", as well as announce improvements to the OneDrive mobile app and optimization of the photo experience. The event will also cover functional updates of OneDrive in both work and personal accounts.
The OneDrive digital event will be live-streamed on the Microsoft Teams platform, giving viewers the opportunity to directly ask questions to the OneDrive product team and stay updated on the latest developments in cloud storage services. Prior to this event, Microsoft held a dedicated Copilot event on September 16th, where CEO Satya Nadella and AI Executive Vice President Jared Spataro discussed the future plans for Microsoft's AI assistant.
It is expected that Microsoft will announce fine-tuning of the enterprise-focused Copilot assistant and introduce new Copilot features for Microsoft 365, aiming to attract more business users to subscribe to the service at a price of $30 per user per month.
