Niloom.ai launches AI-driven spatial computing creation platform

2024-06-17

Niloom.ai recently launched a beta version of its generative AI content creation platform for spatial computing.

In an interview, Amir Baradaran, CEO of Niloom.ai, stated that Niloom.ai is a comprehensive platform that utilizes generative AI to create, prototype, edit, and immediately publish complex AR/VR content within the spatial computing ecosystem. This process takes only a fraction of the time and cost compared to traditional methods.

Niloom.ai is a streamlined Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that integrates the entire creative process, from ideation to testing, collaboration, and release.

Baradaran said, "We are the first generative AI technology in this ecosystem and among the first to create spatial computing content. You can generate individual assets such as 3D models, 2D/360-degree images, music, sound effects, and even use text-to-speech functionality to voice your characters. I am excited to say that now you can personalize the character's personality using AI agents in a very advanced way. We also offer video-to-animation (integrated with Kinetixtech). Then, we simplified the process of inserting any animation into any character. These are the labor-intensive tasks we have been doing."

He added, "Most importantly, you can easily generate the entire story on a timeline, allowing you to access the timeline from a bird's-eye view. You have advanced editing capabilities and interactivity, which is crucial. For me, gamification is an essential part of AR/VR."

There are many new features and upgrades in the pipeline, with updates occurring approximately every two weeks, covering revenue generation, project trading, Web AR, and more.

By integrating over 100 key features into one platform, Niloom.ai reduces production time and costs, optimizes production workflows, and addresses the interoperability pain points in the spatial computing market. As a browser-based no-code platform, it is user-friendly for both professional and amateur creators, eliminating the need for expensive engineers.

Baradaran stated, "Niloom.ai opens the door for the creative community marginalized by the technical requirements of spatial computing content creation. As an early adopter of spatial computing, I have personally experienced the limitations of relying on a large number of engineers to implement my artwork. Niloom.ai has greatly changed the process of spatial computing content creation by eliminating the technological and cost barriers present in the market, allowing anyone to generate and publish AR/VR experiences within minutes."

The Niloom.ai platform utilizes generative AI to create, prototype, and edit complex AR/VR content within the spatial computing ecosystem. With simple text or voice prompts, Niloom.ai's generative AI can generate complete AR/VR experiences, personalized AI agents, and individual assets. It can now also create and publish projects directly on Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest headsets.

It can be used for advanced creation, editing, and prototyping. Developers can create immersive AR/VR experiences with advanced features, including interactive 3D models and animated characters with verbal communication, engaging storylines, rich backgrounds, music, visual and sound effects, AI-driven voices, and more.

The editing tools support real-time collaboration, precise editing, version control, testing, and simulation. The prototyping feature allows scene simulation to facilitate feedback and collaboration.

Developers can capture an overview of the entire project and compare it with the visual timeline and decision tree to "add logic" to scenes, enabling complex stories and infinite user interaction possibilities: touch, gestures, and voice commands.

They can integrate directly with third-party tools such as Sketchfab, Kinetix.tech, Ready Player Me, Inworld, and Google TTS, providing an all-in-one solution. Niloom.ai is hardware and software agnostic, allowing content creation and instant publishing on all spatial computing mobile devices (iOS, Android) and headsets (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).

It has a management system that optimizes workflows through cloud-based asset and project libraries, team management tools, and access to data and analytics.

Live Demo

Baradaran conducted a live demo, and the technology ran smoothly.

"You can upload your own assets, import new assets from Sketchfab, or generate them directly. Whether it's 3D assets, characters, animations, 2D or 360-degree images, or music and sound effects, they can be combined for you to control and place on the timeline," he said.

He created a project in front of me within minutes, highlighting that it used to take weeks to accomplish.

"Most importantly, we allow non-developer content creators to be part of it. They can be part of this process," he added.

"In the past decade, I have seen dozens of tools attempting to simplify the creation of XR experiences." Ori Inbar, advisor to Niloom.ai and co-founder of the Augmented World Expo, stated in a press release, "Niloom.ai not only enables creators with various technical backgrounds to quickly create AR and VR experiences but goes further, creating complex scenes and interactions, truly achieving this."

"Niloom.ai offers a groundbreaking technology that will propel spatial computing into a new era. This is the scalable, transformative software that major tech companies seek to collaborate with or acquire to empower the next generation of content creators." Debu Purkayastha, strategic advisor to Niloom.ai and managing partner at 3rd Eye, added in a statement, "Niloom.ai has built something revolutionary; it simply doesn't exist elsewhere."

Niloom.ai is now available on platforms such as the Niloom.ai website, iOS App Store, visionOS App Store, and Meta Quest store in the United States. The first 1000 creators will receive exclusive early access to the platform, including an additional 14 days of usage for the Pro version. Afterwards, they will be offered the choice of exclusive beta subscription rates.
