Alibaba International Launches OKKI AI Edition, Providing Enterprise Customer Management and AI Enhancement Services

The OKKI SaaS tool from Alibaba International Station will officially launch its AI version on December 1st. This tool is open to all foreign trade companies in the industry, providing two core capabilities: customer management and decision-making assistance. Test data shows that using OKKI AI to enhance promotional emails can increase the reply rate of overseas customers by 32.12%.


OKKI is an enterprise SaaS tool under Alibaba International Station, aiming to provide intelligent work platforms for foreign trade companies, including customer management, team collaboration, and data analysis. The AI version, which is being launched, is equivalent to equipping each salesperson with an assistant to assist in expanding and managing overseas customers.


Participants in the testing phase have stated that OKKI AI can improve the efficiency of foreign trade professionals, allowing them to focus more on developing new customers and improving the quality of team decisions. For example, after using OKKI AI, foreign trade salespeople from Shijiazhuang New Anmei Technology Co., Ltd. have saved time, increased efficiency, and had more time to analyze customer needs and find new customers.




Foreign trade salespeople only need to input the company name, product name, and enhancement content to generate high-quality customer development emails with just one click. This is like a "cheat" for foreign trade salespeople. At the same time, OKKI AI's customer management function can automatically handle and summarize tedious transactional work, providing real-time follow-up data for decision-making.


For managers of foreign trade companies, OKKI AI can provide a comprehensive understanding of the progress of subordinates' order follow-ups and company business. For example, it can display the distribution of customers registered by the company throughout the year, trends in various types of customers, trends in order proportions (total profits), alerts for potential customer loss, identification of new potential customers, and quality inspection reports for team members' order follow-ups.

Test data shows that this tool can increase the exposure of foreign trade merchants by 19%. The newly launched OKKI AI is not only suitable for Alibaba International Station merchants but also for any merchants who want to engage in foreign trade and easily start their foreign trade business.
