This intelligent bot can accurately answer various questions from employees within the company and provide strong support for frontline staff, helping them better handle challenging customer inquiries. Whether it involves complex product details or logical pairing solutions, the smart bot can quickly prepare professional scripts for frontline employees, ensuring they can respond to customer questions accurately and efficiently.
To meet the personalized needs of different enterprises, WeCom allows companies to configure the name and role of the smart bot based on their own circumstances, such as "IT Assistant," "Finance Assistant," "Admin Assistant," and "Store Assistant." Additionally, companies can choose models like DeepSeek and upload their proprietary knowledge sets, including internal rules and regulations, product introductions, and more. When employees ask questions, the smart bot will first search the knowledge set for matching materials, then combine the question with the materials, leveraging the powerful capabilities of the large model to quickly provide accurate answers.
Moreover, the "Smart Sheets" feature in WeCom has also seen significant updates. By integrating with the DeepSeek model, the "Customer Service Follow-up Template" can automatically generate follow-up summaries for each customer, helping businesses accurately grasp customer interests and purchasing intentions. Users simply need to open the customer service follow-up template in Smart Sheets, import the customer list, and click "Start Summary" in the "Customer Follow-up Summary" column, and the system will automatically generate detailed customer follow-up reports, including recent customer interest points and order intentions, among other key information.
