At the 2025 CES in Las Vegas, Timekettle unveiled its latest model, the W4 Pro headphones, this week. Designed to enhance multilingual communication, these headphones offer real-time two-way translation, enabling users to converse freely during calls and video chats.
W4 Pro headphones can automatically detect and translate speech in 40 languages without any manual intervention from the user. There is a slight delay of about three to five seconds for the translation to process. This feature allows for uninterrupted cross-language conversations across any telecommunication apps or traditional phone systems while preserving the original voice quality.
The translated audio will be louder than the original sound. Furthermore, the headphones incorporate AI technology that can summarize conversation content.
Beyond real-time translation, W4 Pro also supports face-to-face interaction by sharing one earbud with another person, similar to previous models from Timekettle.
The W4 Pro headphones run on the company's newly introduced Babel OS platform. According to Timekettle, this operating system ensures swift transitions, predictive speech analysis, customization of vocabulary, and translates with genuine human emotion and intonation.
It is worth mentioning that Babel OS will also be compatible with older Timekettle headphone models. The W4 Pro headphones will be available starting Sunday at a price point of $449.
