Since its release in late January 2025, the DeepSeek R1 model has quickly gained attention worldwide. However, its online search feature was previously restricted, only capable of processing information up to October 2024. Additionally, some users reported receiving a "server busy" message while using the "Deep Thinking (R1)" model.
The latest update from "TianGong AI" successfully resolves these issues. Users can now seamlessly access DeepSeek's online search functionality on the PC web platform, enabling them to retrieve real-time updates, significantly enhancing AI reasoning and analytical capabilities in complex scenarios. Whether for academic research, business analysis, article writing, or daily question-and-answer tasks, users can achieve more precise and comprehensive results.
Notably, as early as October 2024, "TianGong AI" had integrated authoritative financial databases, high-quality financial reports, and analytical methods covering various financial issues, creating one of the most comprehensive meta-databases in domestic finance and scientific research. After this update, users can still access these datasets by enabling both "Advanced Mode" and "Deep Thinking R1" modes, facilitating rapid searches, in-depth analyses, and smart organization of detailed financial and academic information.
For example, regarding "Ne Zha 2," which topped China's box office history on February 6, "TianGong AI's" "Deep Thinking R1" mode successfully conducted online searches and reasonably predicted that the movie’s global box office would exceed 10 billion RMB, with domestic ticket sales accounting for 93%-95%.
