Udio is the latest AI-driven music program that has been recently launched, and the market's response to this application indicates that it may have a significant impact.
According to the press release announcing the app, producers such as will.i.am, Common, and Tay Keith were involved in the creation of this service, which "utilizes AI to effortlessly create extraordinary and original music."
The app was developed by former Google DeepMind researchers and aims to empower everyone with professional-quality music creation capabilities, making it easy to create meaningful music in an accessible way. A complete audio track can be generated in less than 40 seconds.
David Ding, co-founder and CEO of Udio, said, "No product on the market comes close to the achievements of Udio in terms of usability, sound quality, and musicality - which fully demonstrates the professional strength of our team."
"At every stage of development, we have been in communication with industry professionals to discuss how to bring this technology to the market in a way that benefits artists and musicians," he added.
Realistic AI music composition tool
Udio is capable of creating impressive tracks in less than a minute, with its sound quality and various features said to meet professional standards.
Users simply need to input their desired musical style description, provide themes or personalized lyrics they want the song to include, and receive additional prompts for artist "inspiration."
Ryan Morrison of "Tom's Guide" describes Udio as "the most authentic AI music composition tool I've tried."
He continues, "This app not only captures the emotions of a song but also creates surprising and unexpected works while maintaining musical fidelity and coherence, which is simply astonishing."
