Elon Musk has filed another lawsuit against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, claiming that he has been manipulated by him and co-founded OpenAI together.

The latest court documents, released on Monday, record the ongoing dispute between these influential leaders in the AI industry.

The basis of the latest lawsuit is that OpenAI, as the manufacturer of ChatGPT, "turned the tables and started making money," as the popularity and advancement of generative AI grew.

Previously, Musk withdrew his lawsuit against OpenAI in June, accusing the company of betraying its mission to create artificial intelligence for the benefit of humanity.

Just a day after Musk threatened to ban iPhones and other Apple devices from his company, the accusation was confirmed.

Tense relationship between Microsoft and OpenAI

Musk's latest attempt to obstruct OpenAI's efforts is similar to the ultimately rejected lawsuit, but this time Microsoft is reportedly involved as well.
