What if there’s something that can interact in real-time on my website or during customer calls?’” Liang explained. This led HeyGen to develop avatars capable of autonomously interacting with people, available anytime and anywhere.
HeyGen emphasized that these avatars can handle repetitive meetings, allowing users to allocate more time to critical tasks. The technology integrates OpenAI’s real-time voice capabilities, enabling intelligent and timely conversations.
Currently, the product is in the testing phase, with HeyGen actively seeking user feedback to refine the technology. The company acknowledges existing limitations in video quality and latency but is committed to optimizing these aspects.
