此平台目前以测试版形式集成于Therabody的应用程序中，该应用已为用户提供了定制化的训练计划。Coach通过数据分析进一步优化用户的个性化恢复和健康管理。

Coach由Therabody与Garmin合作开发，结合了用户数据和生成式AI技术，提供实时调整的恢复方案，适应不同用户的目标、活动水平及健康状况。它可以收集来自Garmin智能手表、Apple Health、Google Fit、Strava等多个数据源的信息。

最初，Coach平台将支持Therabody的Theragun按摩枪，并计划在未来扩展到更多的自有产品线。

Therabody, a well-known health device brand, announced the launch of a new AI-powered recovery platform called Coach at CES 2025. Currently available as a beta version integrated into the Therabody app, which already provides customized training programs for users, Coach further optimizes personalized recovery and health management through data analysis. Coach has been developed in collaboration with Garmin, combining user data with generative AI technology to offer real-time adjusted recovery plans tailored to individual goals, activity levels, and health metrics. It can gather information from multiple data sources including Garmin smartwatches, Apple Health, Google Fit, and Strava. The Coach platform analyzes user data, integrates feedback, and works in tandem with Therabody products to provide personalized reminders and recommendations aimed at enhancing athletic performance and overall health. For instance, after detecting that a user has completed a 5K run, Coach suggests leg recovery exercises to alleviate muscle soreness. In a press release, John Solomon, Therabody's Chief Marketing Officer, mentioned that the company did not develop AI just for the sake of using it but rather to address genuine consumer needs. With the addition of rich data provided by Garmin, future research will delve deeper into understanding the impact of recovery on performance, achieving unprecedented scales. Initially, the Coach platform will be compatible with Therabody’s Theragun massager, with plans to extend support to more of its own product lines in the future.
