Caylent Launches MeteorAI to Accelerate the Cycle of Generative AI Solutions

2023-11-28

Cloud service company Caylent Inc. today announced the launch of MeteorAI by Caylent, a generative artificial intelligence framework that accelerates the experimentation cycle of generative AI solutions, helping organizations initiate and implement new technologies. Announced at the annual AWS re:Invent 2023 conference and built on Amazon Web Services Inc., MeteorAI allows users to create customized enterprise and customer-facing generative AI solutions. Within the framework, models and prompts are customized to each company's specific business needs. MeteorAI enables users to create customized secure data integrations that can continuously ingest, transform, process, and take action on data in real-time to support individual employee inference operations and programmatic backend integrations. Caylent believes that its service differs from existing enterprise generative AI solutions, which may require lengthy experimentation and optimization cycles. In contrast, MeteorAI accelerates the business value of popular use cases through battle-tested prompt templates. Features of MeteorAI include a scalable and modular backend, pre-configured monitoring, pre-configured third-party data sources and integrated libraries, as well as deep integration with popular authentication and privacy solutions. Additionally, a feedback and alignment mechanism helps customers continuously improve the underlying generation. The service is deployed on organizations' own AWS accounts and does not require a monthly subscription fee. "By combining the strengths of AWS with our innovative approach to AI, Caylent provides organizations with unprecedented speed from ideation to completion," said Valerie Henderson, President and Chief Revenue Officer of Caylent. "MeteorAI supports numerous use cases, including developing AI assistants, enterprise knowledge bases, predictions, recommendation engines, anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and data generation." Although officially launched today, some of Caylent's customers have already started using the service, including autonomous building technology company BrainBox AI Inc., which uses MeteorAI to accelerate its generative AI initiatives. "Our new solution empowers internal and external users to easily query our vast data landscape, returning answers in a user-friendly dashboard, enabling data-driven technical and business decisions with a few keystrokes," said Jean-Simon Venne, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of BrainBox. "With its recommendation and actionable capabilities, MeteorAI is a clear framework for accelerating time to market and delivering value to customers." Caylent is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised at least $16 million in funding, according to Tracxn data. The company's investors include Gryphon Investors LLC, East Los Capital LP, and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator Inc. Henderson and Stephen Garden, Executive Chairman of Caylent, spoke with theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media Inc.'s live streaming studio, in July 2022, where they discussed how Caylent uses a "build with" approach to create new data products using AWS.
