China FAW and Alibaba Cloud have launched the GPT-BI, a large-scale model application, in cooperation with Tongyi Qianwen, making it the first BI application in the automotive industry. This application can receive natural language queries and generate analysis charts based on enterprise data, with an accuracy rate of nearly 90%. Compared to traditional BI's "fixed Q&A," GPT-BI achieves arbitrary combinations of questions and answers. After users input their questions, the large-scale model will identify the question's intent, analyze decision variables, generate SQL query statements, match real-time enterprise data, and automatically generate decision solutions. For example, when asked about the reasons for a certain vehicle model's lower-than-expected production, the large-scale model will compare the expected and actual production, analyze all variables involved, such as equipment anomalies and raw material fluctuations, and generate visual reports. Men Xin, Vice President of China FAW Hongqi Brand Operations Committee, stated that large-scale models are the cornerstone of future production relationships. They plan to redo all of FAW Group's businesses using large-scale models and provide SaaS services to the public. Based on the exploration of business scenarios such as GPT-BI, China FAW also plans to create vertical large-scale models in various fields on the "Alibaba Cloud Bailian" platform. Li Qiang, Vice President of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence and General Manager of the Automotive Energy Industry, stated that Alibaba Cloud will provide computing power support to promote the implementation of AI in specific application scenarios in the automotive industry. Recently, traditional automotive OEMs have been accelerating their digital transformation and strengthening cooperation with domestic technology giants. In addition to China FAW, Dongfeng Lantu has also announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Huawei to jointly accelerate the commercialization of intelligent technology.
